2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Wireweave, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
3. Description of Service
Wireweave provides a domain-specific language (DSL) for creating wireframes, along with associated tools including an API, MCP server, and editor extensions.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Exceed rate limits or abuse the API
6. Payment and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are securely processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Purchased credits do not expire.
7. Refund Policy
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment-related inquiries, refunds, and subscription management.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on initial purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period.

8. Intellectual Property
The Wireweave core library is open source under the MIT license. The API service, dashboard, and related proprietary components remain the property of Wireweave.
9. Limitation of Liability
Wireweave is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
